Easter Cupcakes

Hello Everyone!!

Easter is just a week away.  I thought I would help you out with a desert that no one can resist.

Easter Cupcakes!!!!

What you will need:

  • Large and Medium Size Bowl
  • Pilsbury Spring Funfetti Cake Mix
  • M&M Eggs
  • Vanilla Frosting
  • Green Food Coloring
  • Easter Sprinkles
  • Spatula
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Easter Cupcake Cups
  • Cupcake Tin
  • Ziploc Bag

Step 1:

In your large mixing bowl you will need…

Springtime Funfetti Mix

3 eggs

1/2 cup Oil

1 cup Water

Mix that together until it is all combined.

Step 2:

Line your cupcake tin with the cute Easter Cupcake papers.

Step 3:

Evenly distribute the cupcake mix in the tin.

Step 4:

Get distracted by the dog and let the cupcakes bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until they look done.  Poke a tooth pick in one or two and if they come clean then they are done.

He is so cute, but such a little devil.

Step 5:

Take them out of the oven and let them cool for about 15-20 minutes.

You don’t want your frosting to run off your cupcakes.  Only if they haven’t cooled all the way.

Step 6:

This is the fun part.

Time to DECORATE!!!

I used vanilla frosting, but you can get creative with it (also used some green food coloring for grass around the eggs).  M&M Eggs, the milk chocolate ones.

Step 7:

ENJOY!!

I love the way these came out.  They look so cute and I had a blast making them.  If you make any I would like to see them.  Tag me on Instagram elizabirene or on Twitter @elizabirene.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter Sunday and Greek Easter next Sunday.

Also, Monday starts a new week so let’s stay positive and have a great week.  I have not had the best of weeks this week.  Saturday was a nice day at least.  I stayed positive and kept rolling with the punches.

Stay Positive! Dream Big!

See you soon!

XOXO
