Pasta Salad 

Hello Everyone!

I just came up with a new kind of Pasta Salad.

Step 1:

Boil some water in a big pan.  Boil the pasta for about 7 minutes or until your liking. Different pastas have different times for how long they need to boil for. Please read the pasta box for timing.

To cool it down run cold water over it in the strainer, so it stops cooking.

Step 2:

1 can corn, 1/2 cup red peppers, 1/3 cup red diced onions (I would change this to sweet onion), 1 can Black Beans, 1 can White Beans

Step 3:

In a large bowl, mix beans, corn, peppers, onions, and pasta all together.

Step 4:

Put a 1/2 cup or so of the House Italian dressing for flavor. Mix it all together.

Step 5:

ENJOY!!! 😊

I loved making this. I saw something on Pinterest about a Cowboy Summer Salad; that’s what inspired this dish. I thought I would try it and add the pasta for more body. This is definitely going to be something we eat when we go to the track this year. It is light and not too filling. Very summery. I also add some fresh spring greens to it for more filler.

I like putting my own twist on dishes. I hope you all try this one. All got a lot of inspirations from my Chef friend. She made this amazing Pasta Salad for a Mary Kay Party one time something similar to this. I couldn’t stop eating it. Thank you Chef!!
